Train hard, work easy

I've done this training before, and it was honestly the best training I have ever had. They used live actors who had amputated legs and arms already, and they put fake bones, muscle, and blood. Really good stuff. So when it actually happened in Afghan, I immediately just treated it in my mind as just like training. It's really great stuff.
